Deepest sympathy to all Noel,s (RIP) family. I only heard of his sad passing yesterday as I have been living abroad for a very long time. I can vividly recall the happy times spent as children playing with Noel and all the family at their house (O'Shea's Gatehouse Lodge) many many years ago and very fondly remembered.

We viewed the funeral mass, and Michael forwarded us a copy of the eulogy which was superbly crafted (with all the hallmarks of a gifted wordsmith), and gave an excellent synopsis of his intellect and life, and your loving partnership for over a half a century. The piper was a lovely touch. We expect the strong family bonds that are so characteristic of you family will endure, and continue to give you succour and support, and ease your great grief and loss. May he rest in the peace he so richly deserves.
