Condolences to all of Hughes family, especially Ciarán or Conor. We were so lucky to have had such an icon as an everyday figure in our lives from such a young age. From coaching us as kids, to supporting us in the background and on sidelines at games all over Monaghan, Ulster and Ireland from club to school to county, and everything in between. He was a hugely positive influence on so many of us, on and off the pitch, with a chat, a word of advice or a helping hand on many occasions. Grateful for it all.
