Deepest condolences to Philip, Christopher, Louise and the family. I have great childhood memories of Eva, Chris and Gaga the dog on Roses Avenue. Then the sorrow of that terrible night which anyone who knew your dad, will never forget. Eva bore the tragedy with grace and courage. She was creative, strong and talented; a beautiful person, inside and out and she had an infectious laugh. Rest in Peace.

Friends since 1961 when we joined AerLingus as young air hostesses Friends for all those years with our friendship deepening through all the joys and sorrows that life brings.She had to bear such great sorrow at the loss and death of Chris, her much loved husband . Her joy in her three children brought such meaning to her life . This was added to as her life was further enriched by her adored grand children Her friend Ann Kavanagh and I have so many happy memories to share of times spent together over the years Eva will be so greatly missed by her adoring family and all those who loved her Eva in her latter years had the joy of being lovingly cared for by Louise with whom she was pregnant with when Chris tragically died . Her closeness with her grandson Luke was very special She was a wonderful sincere friend to me all her life The stars will sing to you , dearest friend Eva forever and a day.Irene

To Louise, Phillip, Chris, Luke, Brendan and Brendan Sr. We had the most beautiful neighbour who my little boy oscar adored at the age of three he was hopping over the wall to have tea and toast with her. Her love of animals drew him to her, they had a special relationship. I will never forget her kindness after Oscar passed aged eight. What a compassionate woman she was and the best neighbour I could have ever asked for. I missed her terribly when she was gone and I will never forget her kindness. Her welcoming to the Douglas road was something special. She will always be in my heart as a special lady because she was special and I hope she finds Oscar because he lover her so much.
