I offer my most sincere condolences to her extended family on the death of Eva in recent weeks. Her wonderful legacy of helping out with the Bray Historical Society and the RNLI with be felt by many people for years to come. Eva was always a pleasure to talk to about her life and career over coffee after church services each Sunday. We shall all miss you every Sunday in Tullow Parish from now on Eva. I am delighted that she enjoyed the last few years of her life in Leopardstown Park Hospital with her friends. Please Rest in Peace from now on Eva.
Dear Amanda, Thomas, the extended family especially Zuilmah. It was with much sadness that I heard of Eva’s passing. What a truly remarkable woman she was. So kind, so interested in everyone and such a great judge of character. Her tireless work throughout her life to do small things with great love, whether knitting baby hats or Ukraine brooches, volunteering with War on Want, RNLI, the historical society she was an inspiration to all. I loved her pastry and although she gave me her tips I could never come close to her perfection. You will be much missed. Rest those busy hands now Eva and be at peace. Much love Shirley, Gary, Julie, Craig and families.
Fly high brave Eva ,so kind and a true lady..
Bless you

Amanda and Tom, sorry to hear of your lovely Mum's passing. Thinking of you and your family at this sad time.
Amanda and Thomas,
My late Dad used to admire your mother's tenacity. He'd say: "I've just seen Eva Sutton cycling up over Bray bridge and she didn't even have to stand up off the saddle!" I was on the Historical Society Committee with Eva and Tom many years ago. Eva was always enthusiastic and ready to get involved in any project, big or small. I can still see her sweeping outside her front door on Dublin Road. She was so brave and a true inspiration to us all. May she rest in peace. 🕊
