So sorry to hear of Evelyn's death, belatedly. She was a powerful defender of the truth with a generous and charitable heart to the point of fearlessness, especially in defense of the most vulnerable, the unborn. 'Well done good and faithful servant'

Sincere sympathy to Kathleen, Bea and the extended Brady family on the recent death of Evelyn. We have fond memories of a very kind and dedicated teacher to all of her students. She was interested in their welfare and celebrated their achievements long after their school days ended. She loved to meet and chat with former students giving plenty of advice and continued encouragement. Rest In Peace dear 'Miss Brady'.

So so sad to hear of Evelyn's passing. She was a special lady, one of a kind and surely left a legacy in her teaching career. And what a career it was, achieved with such determination, from St Mary's (Ballina) to Training College and then her first school. And she was a brilliant teacher. She will be sadly missed by so many, particularly her sisters Kathleen & Bea and extended family to whom I extend my deepest sympathy. We will miss you Evelyn

She taught me in Owenbeg N.S and truly was a lovely person, always very patient and kind.She loved her music and we used to love going to Rathlee church with her practising for the choir.Heaven has definitely got one lovely lady.May she rest in peace.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Evelyn a few times, but each time was very special. She was a long standing friend of my wife’s family and always instilled oceans of wisdom and kindness each time she came to visit. I will always remember the lovely complements she gave my wife and I on our wedding day and it was a wonderful privilege to have her attend. Evelyn will be deeply missed by us and those she touched with her good graces throughout her life. May she rest in peace.

Sincere condolences to Ms Brady's family at this time. I'm so saddened to hear this news. Ms Brady taught me in Rathlee NS and truly influenced me to become an educator. She was an incredible lady and exemplifies "A teacher affects eternity; s/he can never tell where her/his influence stops.” May God rest her soul.

I am saddened to here of the death of Evelyn what a wonderful person you were first and foremost. I had the pleasure of having you as my teacher in Rathlee N. S. I can honestly say you inspired me to be a better person your kindness new no bounds.
Your passion was infectious.
Your drive on the sideline when Rathlee were playing anybody else I will always remember your encouragement. The world has lost a lady but hevan has gained an angel. To your family I'm so sorry for your great loss on your sister Evelyn.
