I was very sorry to hear of the passing of Fiachra. My condolences to all the family.
Fiachra was a thorough gentleman and always had a smile for everyone. The family gave him a fabulous send off.

Fear agus múinteoir den scoth é Fiachra! Always extremely helpful, supportive, and encouraging. He had a huge impact on all those lucky enough to have had him as a múinteoir.
Always brought a smile, warmth, fun and laughter when fortunate to spend time in his company.
A great man who always made you feel good.

We were shocked and saddened to hear of Fiachra’s passing. He was a wonderful teacher and always had a smile on his face and showed kindness to everybody. Ar Dheis dé go raibh a anam

Sincere condolences to all of Fiachra's family. I was part of the first ladies football team which Fiachra helped set up in Scoil. He was a very kind man who made everyone feel so welcome. My thoughts are with his family at this sad time.

I always recall Fiachra as one of the most caring, thoughtful guys I knew when we attended Colaiste Mhuire. He had a keen understanding of the challenges those on the margins faced and was always willing to help and stand up for them, never afraid to hold back during a class debate on history, politics or doing what was morally right for society. He was a stalwart in the school’s SVP group giving up his lunchtime to deliver meals to people in the school’s vicinity. There was also a great fun side to Fiachra, always up for a laugh. As a member of Ogras gasra Pharnell we had many a great day “ag spaisteoireacht” on the highways and byways around County Dublin at weekends.
May Fiachra and his beloved Fiona share eternal happiness. Two good people gone too soon.

I sit here confused and thankful for my feelings of despair and gratitude that I got to experience a soul such as Fiachra and closely connected to his F was hers.
If you knew Him then you were blessed, if you knew F&F then you were blessed profoundly - that alone will be enough to carry you softly through your loss and mine for now and as time passes.
If you feel pain and loss as if your heart has been rung out quickly and tightly like a wet dish cloth you mother kept by the sink, then know that that loss and pain comes with equal measure of grace, love and good humour that Fiachra poured out all of his life and we that knew him will be ok and more than ok.
We received the blessings of the day he was born and all of the days he lived.
I feel blessed and grateful.

To Dara and all extended family my deepest sympathy to you all on the passing of your brother Fiachra. To his family and their loss. I kept in tuch with Fiachra when he was looking after his mother in Ardcollum and i was praying for his wife Fiona sickness at the time. I will pray now for his family and I am sure your both parents will look after you as family as they did in this life now from above. May Fiachra rest in peace.

We were both shocked and heartbroken when we heard of Fiachra’s passing. Having had the pleasure of meeting him over the years he always radiated warmth, good humour and sincerity. We send our love and thoughts to his children at this time.

My prayers & thoughts to the Mac Domhnaill family, Fiachra you will always have spot and warm place in my heart, I can not believe I am writing this, I understand this is a part of love but when it comes to someone close to you, it’s never easy, really & truly do have a broken heart writing this. I thank you for everything you did for me & helped me with through the 13 years playing for you, winning our féile final together will be a memory that will last with me forever, I know a lot of people will say it and not stick to it, I promise you I will always be there for Éanna & the crew, R.I.P hommie, much love big man the love will always stay the same for you and your family!
