Deepest condolences to Christine and the Beecher family,while on holidays in Lanzarote we learnt of Fintans untimely passing as thats where we shared many a chat and craic with fintan and Christine,what a wonderful human being we are all so grateful to have meet,his company was a pleasure to be around but he had a great personality that shone through to every person he spoke to, we loved his Marlon Brando quotes, i could literally write a book about this man and his generosity was second to none,always mentioned his family in the conversations around the pool whilst on holidays.Rest in peace buddy,gone but never forgotten...💔🙏

Deepest sympathies to Donal, Christine and all of Fintan's other connections at his sad loss. Great times working with him at Motor Tax , 1980 - 81 , and links were retained for some time afterwards . We visited each others homes every Christmas season and I was always warmly received by Fintan's family in Blarney Street , as the was the case with Fintan's reciprocal Glasheen visit. Apart from the great "craic" always on offer Fintan had a strong attachment to Irish culture as well as a sense of social justice . May he rest in peace.
