Rip Fintin traveled with you from the fair green to the Airport from 1990 to 2000 when I changed career , enjoyed the stories of you as an apprentice with Holdens . RIP Finto Alex .

I had the privilege of working with Fintan for a few years in the Airframe shop in Team Aer Lingus. He was a great mechanic and a gentleman who was always generous with his wisdom and knowledge and a great Gaa man . My deepest sympathy to his family.

Deepest sympathy to the McGuinness family on the sad passing of Fintan.I worked with Fintan in the component overhaul workshops in Aer Lingus and I always found him to be a most decent and helpful colleague.Fintan loved the GAA.I played with him in the early seventies in the Aer Lingus inter Department competitions which he always looked forward to.
We served together overseas as part of the Algeirs 9 In May/June 1975.

He was very helpful to new lads coming in to the Airline.He loved the GAA and we would have a great banter on Mondays after the weekend matches.He was a legend in the workshops and the hangers.
