I met Fiona through my cousin's, the Murphy's when I was a child. I remember a very friendly, fun and warm girl with a beautiful smile. I have since followed her battle in awe. It was an absolute inspiration to see how she took on cancer and I am sure so many others who are faced with cancer who knew Fiona or came across her will gain extra years because of her. I am so sorry her light finally went out. Deepest condolences to her family, I hope her memory will give you strength x

Fiona was my student, Fiona was my teacher, Fiona was my friend. With Fiona I laughed and shared feelings, with Fiona I felt happy and alive. With Fiona I have shared wonderful moments in my life. Until there is memory there is no separation and Fiona lives in me. And I want to share this with you, for you to know. To know that your mother and wife will always be in my thoughts.
