I am so sad to learn about the passing of Fiona. I had the privilege of working with Fiona in the junior school some years ago and she was a wonderful colleague. I have many fond memories of her warmth and humour as well as her thoughtfulness and her dedication to the children. My sincerest condolences to Adam and all of Fiona’s family and friends on your sad loss. May she rest in peace.

Sending my deepest sympathies to Adam and all the Maher family. I was so sad to hear of Fiona's passing. I worked with her as a newly qualified teacher in Scoil Cholmcille. She was always so supportive and helpful. She was always up for a laugh and we shared many funny times and stories together. She was always so proud of her family and always spoke so highly of Adam. I remember whenever he would come into school she would be delighted to show him off to us all. I'm keeping you all in my thoughts at this difficult time. May Fiona rest in peace xxx

Boths past pupils we had many a chat remembering whacky stories and characters from school time in the 1980s . The staffroom won't be the same without her.
