Flan was a quiet, soft spoken Gentleman, always a pleasure to meet...at the "Rock "or in the Pub for an interesting conversation. Flan was the last surviving member of the famous Kilrush FCA Pipe Band, that entertained us at Parades and Football matches during its existence. RIP Flan.
