Condolence to Flores family. I new the Lawlor family & went into Mr & Mrs Lawlors shop when l was a child. I lived around the corner from them on Leix Road, Cabra. FIore was a lovely lady & aways glamorous. I used to see her walking around Carpenterstown walking her dog. Ex of Leix Road.

Our lovely Florence, there was always fun and laughter when she came to art class. That mischievous twinkle in her eye and sense of humour - and a very talented, creative and fearless artist. We’re all so fond of her and blessed that she came to our art group. Thoughts and prayers for you Sorcha, Robbie, Parker and Bowie.

Hearing this news about Florence is a shock because she was always such a wonderful and kind person. Whenever she would walk her dog, I would have a chat with her if she was passing by. Always such a nice person to everyone. She always gave me great advice. Prayers to Florence and her family during this time.

We lost touch for a few year's but reconnected , we made it our mission to hit every charity shop in Camden St they knew us by name, we would rather shop there than in Brown Thomas as Florence often remarked. Florence was a lovely neighbour to us. She was always friendly and glad to chat. She was very kind to our daughter and liked telling us about her grandkids, who are of a similar age.

Florence was special. Very special. She looked after my mother Maire Cranny O Donnell before mum went into a nursing home. My mother loved her and Florence loved our mother. She was the finest friend and compassionate carer we could have asked for as a family. She became and remained a family friend. We were privileged to have had her in our mother’s life.
