Have fond memories growing up with the boys. Sad to hear about Florence's passing. Hope everyone is doing well. Will be in my thoughts this Christmas.

Daniel and Simon, I am so saddened to hear of Flo's passing. My deepest sympathy to you and your families.
Flo was a wonderful Mum and she was also there for us at the most awful time in our lives. I have never forgotten her kindness.

I have just heard the very sad news of Florence's passing. I am so very sorry for your loss. Florence was a beautiful lady so full of life and love. I had the pleasure of working alongside of her in Banking 365 for many years. May Florence rest in peace.

The world is a quieter more boaring place without the amazing Flo around. She had the knack of making you laugh even on the worst day and she will forever be part of my fondest memories working in 365. Her smile alone when she was sneaking out for a smoke told you she was up to no good. My sympathies are with Danny, Simon and all of her family. May She rest in peace

Words cannot express how how deeply saddened I was to learn of Dear Florence's untimely passing. My deepest and sincerest condolences to her sons Daniel and Simon and grandsons Matthew and Ben. My sincerest sympathy also her beloved siblings, Agnes , Theresa, John and Paul .Her wonderful brother Leo also left this world far too soon. They are now together with their parents Brendan and Laura. I knew Florence when she was a beautiful little girl in Artane. My Late husband Lexie a first cousin of Brendan was a mature student in UCD 1961 to 1964. Like today student accommodation was very expensive. Brendan and Laura welcomed him into their home during the academic year. For that he owed them a large debt of gratitude.
Lexie adored all the Artane Silke children. He regarded them as nieces and nephews rather than cousins. The love was mutual.
Florence like her other siblings was a very intelligent happy and cheerful child.
Time moved on and after the passing of Brendan and Laura and Lexie I lost touch with the family. I was privileged today to attend Florence's funeral Mass and see indeed that hers was a life well lived

So sorry to hear this sad news. We started work together in B365 and only for her I don't think I would ever have taken my first call. Flo was cool calm and collected and urged me on. Those nights in work there were so much fun. May her gentle funny soul rest in peace.

She wasn’t just my future mother-in-law, but a dear friend who brought so much joy and kindness to everyone around her, without even trying!
She was also an ally in making sure we never let Daniel and Simon get away with too much! :)
I’m grateful she’s no longer in pain, but it breaks my heart that she’s no longer with us.
Her warmth and good humour always made everything better.
I bet that she’s up there now, still talking about Denzel Washington’s ‘gorgeous teeth’, and making everyone smile with that cheeky grin and infectious laugh of hers!

I’ll miss her more than words can say.
