Our sincere sympathies to Eileen and family, and the extended family on the passing of Florry. Florry loomed large in our lives as children when we would visit the pharmacy with our Mam. Even at a young age I could discern that Florry's knowledge was hugely respected and his expert guidance both welcomed and sought. For us though, it was the mischievous nod of his head inviting us to take a barley stick sweet as a gift from the counter that stood out! You are in our thoughts at this sad time.

So sorry to have missed the funeral as when my family & I moved back from the US in the early 70s, Florry & all of the O’Carroll family could not have made us feel more welcome in our new home. Our family pharmacist until the day he retired, a true friend and great neighbor.
