Fr. Eddie Lalor

It has been with great sadness i have learned of the death of my cousin Fr. Eddie, he was such fun years ago. My Mum and Dad were at his ordination, they said he was born to be a priest. Sincere sympathy to, Eleanor and Emma, and the wider family.

My most sincere condolences to the Lalor and Doogue families,also to the Kiltegan /Diocesan priests,and friends on the sad passing of Fr.Eddie.It was a great privilege to have known him.May his dear and gentle soul rest in the loving embrace of the Lord whom he truly served so faithfully.He will indeed be sadly missed.

I first met Fr Eddie when my late dad Sean was a paient in MRHP. Fr Eddie was doing his rounds in the hospital and our paths crossed. He had just returned to live in Ireland. Anytime I met him afterwards he had a kind word and a smile just like on the day my Dad got his blessing. A life well lived. May he Rest in Peace.

Celebrating the life and times of my High School teacher. Eddie impacted very significantly to my values as a Catholic Christian and indeed many people who were his students in Koelel School, Kenya, in the early 1970s. RIP dear Rev. Father.

We mourn this tall Irishman, a really good man, a true Christian, a great priest, and a baptiser of souls for Jesus Christ. He baptised our "Benoni" Arnold Nyaga after he was born and was in great peril after his mother rested at Kenyatta Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya two days after he was born, leaving behind a struggling baby Benoni in the Ward. Later we also called this baby Benjamin. Benjamin Benoni Arnold Nyaga survived by the Grace of God !! and is 22 years old today. He is in his final Semester at University of Nairobi. We applaud this priest's work of love over many years. May this great servant RIP with Jesus Christ his Master and Friend. Amen
