RIP Fr John 🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Fond memories of my time growing up in Knockillaree and Fr John passing us by on the road running at speed and we small children were in awe at how fast he could run. Likewise his brother Mick. Then when he was studying for the Priesthood we would see him in his black clothes cycling to or from Oughterard. He definarely cycled faster than anybody else. He was such a lovely person. Rest in peace Fr. John. I want to extend my symparhy to Murt and Christy and the entire molloy family. Kathleen Joyce.

It is with deep sorrow that I read that Fr. John has gone to Heaven. He was a fellow student in St Mary's College, Galway Leaving Cert class in 1956. He was a likeable, friendly person and like his late brother Mick, he was a good distance runner. May he receive an eternal reward for his generosity of spirit in serving the Church for so many years. Go bhfáisce Dia Mick ina bhaclainn shócúlach is go dtuga Sé sólás daoibhse a airíonn uaibh é
