I was so sorry to hear of Fr Paddy’s passing. I extend my deepest sympathy to his family also to the Kiltegan Fathers, and all the people he worked with over the years. I will always remember the Spiritual Year and under his guidance it has influenced me for all my life since. We got on mighty and especially doing the manual work during the thirty day retreat. We had classical music which gave me an appreciation of it ever since. When the year concluded he gave me an insight and a few tips to improve, which I am still working on. I hope to attend Fr Paddy’s Funeral. May his gentle Soul RIP he deserves it for all the good, and kindness, he gave to others all his life.

Truly very sad to hear of the passing of Fr Paddy.. He was a warm and friendly Killoe man who served with great generosity and dedication as a Missionary in the dioceses of Calabar, Nigeria, Chikwawa and Lilongwe, Malawi. Truly we can say 'well done good and faithful servant' !

I was deeply saddened to learn of Fr. Paddy’s passing. I had the privilege of meeting him on a few occasions while lodging with his sister Nellie, her husband John Morrissey, and their family in Wexford. I still remember Nellie kindly arranging a week’s holiday for me in Killoe, where I spent time with her mother, sister Kathleen, and brother Johnny . Fr. Paddy’s passing has stirred many fond and happy memories, and I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to his family and community on the loss of such a deeply loved and valued friend.

My father Tom Mullen used to bring Fr Paddy to Cullyfad N.S. on the bar of his bicycle.
Every time Fr. Paddy was home from Africa he always visited my father and mother Tom and Kathleen.
