Sincere condolences to the family of Fr O' Callaghan. I had the privilege of knowing him during his time in Saleen. He was most encouraging and very helpful to myself and the 6pm Congregational Choir in Saleen. He will be sadly missed. May he R.I.P.

We as a family were saddened to hear of the passing of Fr. Peadar. During one of the most difficult times in our lives he showed us such compassion,gentleness and strength. Sorry to learn of the death of Fr. Peader He was the curate in Dromina for a number of years.
Fr. Peader showed great courage through his support for the Muslims of Bosnia during the Balkans War in the early 1990s when the survival of that ethnic group was in much danger. He deserves much credit for his advocacy.

I was so sorry to hear that Peadar has passed away.
I have fond memories of his time in Hazelwood. He was such a spiritual person and was a talented carpenter and artist.
He was a great friend to my late mother Margaret during his time in our parish and years later when she was terminally ill his visits meant so much to her.

Dromina was so lucky to have had Fr O’Callaghan for a time.
He really struck a cord with the young teenagers of my own era. It felt very special to be involved in the process of making the wonderful icon room in Dromina.
He was very kind compassionate artistic man.
