I used to be at Salford Cathedral and I remember Fr Robert coming for appointments. He was always a very approachable and friendly man with a warm personality. Before that I knew him at Nazareth House and I used to have great chats with him. My deepest condolences to his family. May his soul rest in peace.

Fr.Bob was a family friend for over 50yrs baptised my son buried my brother&Father
from Cloone ,he was a great chaplain to the Leitrim Association for decades until his retirement he bore his illness with the steadfast strength he always had.For sure there will be a big hooley in Heaven as they welcome home the kindest man the world has known "not all hero's wear capes" Till we meet again God keep you - love you lots Fr xxx RIP

Father Bob, as we knew him in St Joseph's, Bury, was the best of people, kind and welcoming, he made time for everyone. We extend our sincerest condolences to the Morrow family. May Father Bob rest in peace.

Father Morrow was one of the priests who would visit The Hollies FCJ Grammar school in the 1970s and 80s. He was a popular priest who could relate to young people. When I was arranging our Fifth Form Leaving Dance in 1980, as I did the seating plan, I placed him with me and my Mum and Joan Danaher and her parents. He had a warm style and manner, and I have never forgotten him. RIP.

Truly saddened on learning of Fr.Robbie's passing. Whilst his ministry in Salford is perhaps, legendary, I remember him as one of a Leaving Cert quartet in Moyne Latin School when I was a somewhat green first year. Only Fr,Peter Beglan remains of those young priests: Frs. Mike J.Doyle, Sean Cooke and Robbie Morrow, each of whom went on to grace the Lord's vinyard with distinction in Camden, New Jersey, Clonbroney and Salford.
