Fr. Seamus was my husband's first cousin...we spent many seasons with him....he was the kindest,, happiest person one would ever want to meet...have lovely memories of our experiences with him. All I can say is if all the priests were like Fr.Seamus the Catholic Church would be much stronger and more respected.…We loved him dearly & will be very missed!

I only met the man for one afternoon and he was a complete delight to be with. Listening to his stories you could tell that he enjoyed his life. His gathering of family history and ancestry is truly inspirational.

So saddened to hear about fr seamus passing. Always a kind and caring man who made time for everyone. Will never forget his kindness when my dad passed away and the lovely mass he said for both his funeral and my granny's. Have some great memories of a lovely man who always seemed to know the right words to say and made you smile. An honour to say he married myself and Ryan. Deepest sympathy to his family.
