Fr. Sean was always on the altar for the 9.30am Masses and other events broadcast from Clonard. I always felt he gave off a vibe of a religious, quiet, unassuming man. Fr. Ciaran O'Callanan described him as witty and funny who will be greatly missed by all in Clonard. I offer my condolences to Fr. Sean's sisters and their families, the Redemptorist community and the people of Belfast and beyond who knew him, on his passing. May his gentle soul rest in peace🙏🙏

I have decided. to go. Where springs not fail. To fields where flies no sharp and sided hail. And a few lilies and roses blow(sic) 🌹 And l have asked to be. Where no storms come from Met Eireann. Where the green swell is in the havens dumb. And out of the swing of the sea. Gerard Manley Hopkins Nora and Mrs Nugent....
Sincere sympathy to Breda, Clare, Rosaleen Una and to Peter John and Anne and the extended families. May Fr. Sean rest in peace.
