I have just seen Frans memorial notice. Condolences to all the Phipps family, on Frans passing (Rip) I was sad to see Fran was resting in Killcullen funeral home he was so close to me here in Newbridge. From Anthony Phipps (twin) Ballyfermot Road & Kildare.
