It is with sadness that we learned about the passing of Frances. She has left a life long memory that we stay with each of us. The tender love and care she offered to a stranger, the young boy that was falling in and out of consciousness as a result of the car he was traveling in going off the road near her home. May Frances rest in heavenly peace.x
