Heartbroken to hear of the loss of your dear mum. Frances was truly one in a million; small but mighty, firm but fair (the well-worn back doorstep will attest to this!), and the best companion for a chat and a giggle (preferably, with coffee and cake). I’ll miss that the most. It was my absolute privilege to have known her a lifetime, and thank you all for sharing her with me.

“Mummums”, thank you for being a huge part of who I am today. And as my own children snuggle into their “sagbag” to enjoy their “bikkie and drink”, I think fondly of you x
