Rest in Piece my Auntie Fan.
I have so many great memories of days and holidays spent with you.You made each day fun and special working with you in your little shop, and weekends at our home.
I will miss you a ton.
Love Helen
Fanny's shop was a huge part of our schooldays. The chocolate cake and a carton of milk - lovely memories of being in the shop with schoolmates. How did Fanny and Anne put up with us? Thanks for the memories Fanny. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dílis.
Deepest sympathy to the family of Fanny.
She is missed in the area.
Such great memories of Fanny we cherish from our childhood. Those wonderful chocolate cakes and broken biscuits and how she would give myself and my sisters a free cake if we were good. A lady like her you will never meet again and we are so privileged to have been a part of her history as we reminisce our childhood in Richmond Parade. Sleep peacefully Fanny x
We all have great memories of fanny's shop, the sweets, the paper cones the Halloween parties it's ironic that she passed so near Halloween our sincere condolences from all the Phillips family may she rest in peace.
I got to know Fanny when I worked in Mount Tabor. She was an inspirational woman, full of wisdom and good humour. I loved listening to all her stories, I used to say it was a pity she didn’t write a book! She was always thinking of others and she will be sorely missed. A great long life well lived and it was a privilege to have known her.
Rest in peace dear Fanny.
I was in Cappagh Hospital from 1960 to 1963. Fanny sent me sweets every weekend of thosr 3 years. I was 7when iwas a beneficiary of her thoughtfulness and good nature. God Bless her. I will never forget her.

Fanny will be sadly missed, she was always there for as far back as we can remember. We may not have been blood related but Fanny was family to us, love from Eileen Devitt. R.I.P
I loved buying my favourite sweets in her shop. It was so easy as she had all the different varieties numbered. A loose major and a match for a penny halfpenny. The doughnuts and a carton of milk. A legendary lady, who will live on in the hearts and minds of all who she served for many years to come. May she now enjoy her eternal reward in heaven. Until we meet again in the shop above. RIP
One of the best women that i every knew gave me my first jobs

I was so sorry to hear about the death of Fanny. She was so loved all around Richmond Cottages. Like her shop she was unique. We would spend ages looking in the window at the penny sweets trying to decide what to buy. Her paper cones filled with 10p mixes. Her driving off in her Black Volkeswagon every Sunday to visit her family . She always had a Halloween party and we would sing and dance for her and Ann. So many great memories of her and her little shop. She was a huge part of my childhood growing up.
May she rest in peace.
