Fran was the gentlest of souls and had the kindest of hearts. Growing up next door, I always felt welcome in Fran’s home and at ease in her presence. When my own late mother fell very ill, she was ever-present, ever stoic, and ever supportive, to the last. We will miss you and never forget you. Rest in peace.

I remember Fran with great affection. I worked with her as cabin crew and she was always so nice to be with. She treated everyone so well and was fun to spend time with. I'm sure all her family will have a big empty space and it will never be filled.
