Sincere sympathy to the family of Frances at this sad time. I worked with her in Thomas Cook, Grafton St, in the 1980s/1990s. A respectful, elegant lady, and a true professional at her job. She loved her orange Volkswagon Beetle! Always helpful, great for giving good advice and she enjoyed a good laugh. May she rest in peace.
