So sorry to hear of Frances' passing. We as a family have very fond memories of Frances especially when my mother (Andy Smyth nee Cox) and Frances would meet. Two girls from the Commons would talk like two neighbours and friends would, it was special watching the unique bond between them. May Frances rest in peace.
