Among other memories the scene of all of us in the "easter room" of Kilcrohane NS mixing Christmas cakes comes to mind when I think of Frances these days; of mixing bowls, wooden spoons, cake tins, grease proof paper, jam pots with taoscains of whiskey being sniffed and tasted, lumps of butter, currants, cherries, all kinds of antics going on and we all went home with a Christmas cake to bake.

Tobin family on the passing of Frances. I was so sad to hear the news. Frances was always so welcoming to us on family childhood holidays to Kilcrohane and I have many warm memories of her and how kind she was, especially to my Mum. She always went out of her way for us.

We all have wonderful memories on catching up with Frances every year on our annual holiday in Kilcrohane .She had such a great interest in genealogy and was a mine of information . It was so sad to see her health decline in recent years .Really sorry to be missing her funeral due to being abroad .
