Frances Whelan

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Frances. She was a wonderful cousin to Mam throughout the years. We were so happy to see her in good health when she visited last year and spent time with Mam, catching up on all the family news. Frances was a truly unique lady, and her positive personality always shone brightly. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed. Please accept our heartfelt condolences.
