Condolences to Eta, Gary, Emmet, Damien and the extended Dempsey family on the sad passing of Frank. He was so kind to my late husband Patsy O'Connor when he was very sick in hospital, bringing him in the newspaper and a smile, and even lending him a phone to ring us when his own went missing.
Patsy spoke so highly of Frank and all of you.

My sincere condolences to Eta, Emmet, Gary, and Damien on the passing of Frank.
He was an absolute gentleman and brought us such peace of mind when my late father Patsy O'Connor was sick for many months in the Mater. There were times where we had to return to Mayo and my father would ring and tell us Frank and Eta had been in, and it made us feel so much better that he wasn't alone without visitors. Patsy loved to see Frank's familiar face coming and always spoke so fondly of him and your family. He was always cheered up after Frank's visits, as were we when his visits coincided with ours. No matter how serious the situation, Frank would lighten and brighten the mood and distract us from it for a while.

Frank and Eta stood alongside me at my father's graveside during his funeral and it meant so much to me that they had travelled so far to pay their respects.

Hoping good memories can bring you some relief at this difficult time.

Deepest condolences to Eta, Emmet, Gary, and Damien. We were so saddened to hear that Frank had passed away. I have very fond memories of he and his late father Tommy coming on holidays to us in Kilmaine, Co Mayo. I was only a child then and they always brought me presents, lovely gifts that I would never find in the local shops. Frank had a soft spot for the west as his father came from there. He was a lovely man, warm, friendly, and good humoured. When I would go on holiday to his parents in Sandymount he would always drop over to say Hello, again bringing gifts. He and Eta were very kind to my late brother Patsy when he was in hospital in the Mater. I had not seen Frank since childhood as I had moved away but I remember him with great fondness. Wishing you all strength and courage in the days ahead. Thinking of Catherine and Donna also (whom I met many years ago) at this sad time. Mary O Connor, Kilmaine and Galway.
