Linda & I are very sad to hear of the passing of Fran - another Lissadell Legend has left us. I have fond memories of Fran from my early days in Knocknarea Avenue, and then living with Linda across the road on Lissadell Avenue, where he would always greet us with a brilliant smile and a wise crack or two.
The Carpenter Family are in our prayers today - RIP Fran.
