So sad to hear of Fran's passing. We did the Roy Orbison show togther in Dublin's Conservative Club on many occassions. Fran was a great talent and a thorough gentleman. Rest In Peace. Condolences to Colette & Family.

Very sorry to hear about the death of Francis. I hadn’t seen him for quite a few years but met up again when I saw him singing in the Community Centre in Artane.
I am a cousin of Francis, I lived in Phibsborough, now living in Sunderland.

I met Fran a while back when he came to me looking for some backing tracks. He was such a lovely man and left a big impression on me.. May he rest in peace.

I first met fran and Colette in the racecourse. I then had the honour of him singing at the church for my wedding which fran and Colette came to in the racecourse.To say he was a gentleman man and what a voice so shocked to hear this sad news thinking of all his family .sincere condolences to all.

Very sorry to hear this news. I only met Fran on a few occasions but he was a genuine, warm gentleman who had time for everyone. I was also lucky enough to hear him sing. He was one of the few who could sing Roy Orbison songs properly and do them justice. My sincere condolences to his family. Rest in peace Fran.
