Frank your dad was a lovely kindhearted man with a fabulous singing voice as I rememeber well as a child. Always considered him as my Uncle.

Una would be heartbroken if we could tell her of Uncle Frank's death, he always brought a big smile to her face when he arrived, and she would tell us stories of her mischievous but soft-hearted brother. As kids we loved the funny-man who always brought boxes of broken biscuits, although as we got older we sometimes said special prayers for the laughing man whose honking taxi horn lifted us out of our shoes as he drove by waving. No matter how well prepared we think we are for the death of someone we love (as we thought with dad), it still brings a terrible sense of loss and such an emptiness. Treasure your memories. We cannot be with you physically but our thoughts and prayers most assuredly are.
