To Auntie Carmel and all the Birmingham cousins, I extend my sincere condolences. My abiding memory of Uncle Frank is his beaming smile and easy laugh. The last time I saw him he was in his element, surrounded by his precious clan at a family celebration. I hope you all can take comfort in knowing his final resting place is his beloved Bemullet. He is returned to the soil he grew from and never forgot. RIP Frank.

To the Coyle family and Aunty Carmel, sincere sympathy for you all at this hard time. I remember as a teenager meeting Frank and I thought Bruce Springsteen had entered our kitchen - but it was a different super star! I remember his fabulous energy and smile. Thinking of you all today from Athlone and am sorry not to be able to be with you all, Tara Lyons.

My prayers and love are with you all at this sad time Frank was a very special man. he treated us all with respect and kindness whatever our age or standing. It was an honour and great fun to play along side him and I won't forget he found work for me when there was none to be found and it is wonderful to have known him. I will always remember him smiling as if he was planning his next piece of mischief.
