For Helen and Family,
My neighbours for nearly 40 years. That was my privilege. For Frank the cup was always half full. In particular we admired his happy disposition together with his great fortitude during his pain, discomfort and many serious operations during the last few years. To Helen and Family,
Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time. He was a lovely man who always had a smile and the time for a chat for all he met. He will be sorely missed.
