To Franks family, my deepest sympathies, Frank was the gentleman among gentlemen, may he now rest in eternal peace with the angels.
It was with great sadness I learned of Franks passing.Frank was a household name in the curragh defence forces gym over many years. He guided students to perfect their skills in various disciplines. One such student achieved national fame in the hammer throwing. Frank was a kind gentleman that brought out hidden talents in his students. To his son Benji, family, and large circle of friends from the older generation of the defence forces and his past colleagues in RACE. I offer my sincerest condolences on the passing of one of lifes gentlemen.May Franks kind and gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
Sincere condolences to Irene and the extended O’Shea family on the very passing sad of your Dad. Both Paul and I always enjoyed our chats with Frank in the Great Southern. Rest peacefully Mr. O’Shea.
Rest in peace Frank, was an honor to have worked with you in the racing academy a true gent. Condolences to family and friends 🙏
