It is with deep sadness that I learned of the passing of Frank, a remarkable man whose kindness, wisdom, and warmth touched so many lives including mine. Frank was a true friend and mentor. He had an extraordinary gift for conversation—always ready at the end of the phone for a chat and a laugh, sharing stories of the Irish Red Cross, his love of Red Cross Malta and living there. I had the honour of taking up the position of Irish Red Cross General Assembly Rep. Kildare after Frank.
I will forever cherish the memories of Frank, especially the day I spent with him on Gozo Island this past February—a day I will never forget. His generosity of spirit and unwavering commitment to helping others will remain an inspiration to all who knew him.
May his soul rest in peace, and may we honour his legacy by continuing the work he loved so dearly.
I extend my deepest sympathy to Aoife, Peter and all of his family.

My sincere condolences to Peter and family on the passing of Frank. Frank was a good friend to me for the past 46 years and I will miss him terribly. Frank gave 63 years service to the Irish Red Cross and Maltese Red Cross and helped a lot of people during that time. He will be greatly missed by all his friends and colleagues in the Red Cross.
