I was checking this site when I saw both Frank's and Geraldine notice.
Words fail me to express my feelings at their passing.
Like Frank, I am a liver recipient and knew both Frank and Geraldine as a patient in Vincents and from the frequent Liver Clinics afterwards.
They were devoted to each other and had a special bond that made them inseparable.
To John Paul and Patrick and the extended Corkery family my belated condolences, and both will always be remembered by me.

Through Ned Waters from Germinal I got the very sad news that both Frank and Geraldine passed away last week.
I have been working with Frank for more than 20 years and for me he was a real seeds man. In those years we have built up a friendship although we didn’t see each other so frequently in the last years.
Frank was very dedicated to the job and always interested in news about amenity grasses. This was something which characterized Frank indisputably.
I keep a warm remembrance about the many trips we made together in and outside Dublin visiting projects where Franks was involved in.
At home I have met Geraldine several times showing her hospitality and kindness to me.
It is difficult for me to accept the fact that both passed away so suddenly.
