I will miss him very much.
I have so many memories. The card games, helping him with the turf, his uncanny ability to tell what the weather will be, great conversations without a wasted word, long walks where he pointed out the mountains in the distance and gave me their names, several times where we were out in the middle of the night rounding up a neighbor's cattle that got loose. Francey was good at doing things, and was a good neighbor to everyone. He was very close to his sisters- Mary and Evelyn, and they spoke of him often. Stories about some suspicious salmon fishing and a big rock come to mind. I am glad that I got to see him last October. God bless him.

Wishing all Frances’s relatives and friends my condolences at this sad time. Whether it was going to football matches ,fishing, saving the turf or hay or pulling a cow out of a drain, Frances was a constant in my life growing up in Sessuegarry. After leaving home in 1973, a trip home was never the same if I didn’t meet Frances. It was always a pleasure to listen to him on any subject. He was one of those that you would say it's a pity he didn’t get a shot at a better education. Thank you for your help and your company. I am sure you had equals but none better. My memories of you will live with me forever. Rest in peace Frances
