I am very sad on the occasion of Frank’s passing. I only got to know him in the last 10 years and always thought of him as a quiet ,dapper ,witty gentleman. I enjoyed visiting him with Geoff when he was over.
He was loved by many and well liked by everyone. Eternal rest and peace to him and sincere condolences to Collette his sister. his family and his many many friends. At Deis Dé a anam.

I've known Frank since the time we first met in Cahills of Parkgate St, many years ago. We continued to be good friends throughout the years, meeting up for the the odd pint and chat and this continued after we retired from OPW. I'll miss Frank, a lifelong pal.
