Please can i send condolences to franks wife ann and all the campbell family, i worked with frank in cso's civil service many happy memories of my time there he was a great colleague i learned so much from him an absolute gent and always up for the craic, may he rest in eternal peace i'll keep you all in my prayers.
Sorry to hear of franks passing may he rest in peace, my dad grew up in tolka road in ballybough and frank and my late dad john where great pals they served in the army together in the early fifties,i used to meet frank in meaghers with his brother pascal way back in the day,two great dublin characters, condolences to all the campbell family
