I had the good fortune to meet Frank when I joined Erin Foods in Thurles, way back
in 1969. I was a new recruit at the time and Frank was most helpful in easing me into the company. Along with that Frank was a staunch member of Thurles RFC
club and a squad member of the 1971 Garryowen Cup winning team.

Everyone deserves an uncle who was as much fun as Frank was. He was at home in the world. He always had great jokes and stories. Frank drove myself and Johnny around the west of Ireland around 1980 in addition to many other memorable family events. His trips to St Pete every February were great fun for the O'Connors. He will be greatly missed, especially by his loving and grieving sister Oona.

Rest in Peace Frank. We had great chats over the years with chiropody visits. My deepest sympathy to all the family.
