Frank was one of my best and most loyal friends. As well as being a good GAA footballer, Frank was also an excellent rugby player and I had the privilege of playing with him when we lived in London. In recent times I enjoyed our chats when he was a resident in the care home. I will miss him very much.
RIP Frank
