I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Frank. A gentleman personified. It was always an absolute pleasure to serve and have the chats with Frank and Kate in my restaurant in Dun Laoghaire and more recently while I worked in Bridgefoot House. Frank’s warm smile is etched in my memory.
