FRANK HARDING

We only heard of Frank's passing, we missed him over the past few weeks and made some enquiries only to hear he had passed away. - it will be strange on the quay and not seeing him sitting on his seat. All the staff at the port office enjoyed the daily chats with Frank. Rest in peace Frank 🕯🕯
