So sad to hear of Frank's sudden passing. He was always great for a chat anytime I met him while walking my dog round the college.

I am very sorry to hear of Franks sudden death. I always remember him as a lovely fun person. I met him last in 2024 at Patrick Whelan’s 50th wedding anniversary. He tried to tell me he was a different brother for a laugh. He was still the joker he had been as a kid. RIP Frank you will be missed.
I am sad for family, siblings, kids, grandkids, in-laws and relatives.

I always looking forward to working a shift with Frank, as he was a total professional. His happy disposition, kindness and cheery way made him a pleasure to work with and shortened many a long shift. Since I retired I bumped into Frank on many an occasion and his chats and jokes would always send you on your way with a big smile. Will miss the chats. RIP Frank.

I was totally shocked when I heard about Frank’s sudden passing, and immediately my thoughts are with his beloved family who he spoke so highly and warmly of. He was kind, funny, warm and generous with his time, and one of the few on campus who would congratulate me when Dublin won the All-Ireland! He’ll be greatly missed, but has certainly left a long lasting mark with us all. R.I.P.

I am so sorry to hear of Frank’s sudden passing. For many years, it was such a pleasure to meet him at the front gates of South Campus and to stop and chat with him about family, sport, and the benefits of education which he so strongly advocated. He was a lovely, kind and generous man who will be deeply missed by all. May his gentle soul rest in peace.
