Frank was a person who put his family first. His ready smile, sense of humor and repartee were always a pleasure.

I was particularly happy to spend time with him on his two visits to Canada in recent years. Everyone was so glad to see him and had a lot of fun during his visits.

I will miss Frank very much. May he rest in peace.
