We are so sorry to hear about Frank’s passing, he was a gentleman and always had a great welcome for us whenever we visited, we will miss your witty humour and jokes , Our deepest sympathies to you Rose, Christian, Triona and Daniel and all his adored grandchildren whom he was so proud of, and sympathies to the extended Mc Hugh and Cummins families . I worked in Leixlip Library until 2017. I remember Frank. He liked detective book and he often stopped for a bit of idle chat. He had a funny laugh. I hope he is laughing now. May he RIP

I only met him a few weeks ago and apart from our Leixlip connection we also reminisced over our time when Frank used to visit the VHI office in Dunlaoghaire as part of his work. Happy memories.
