I wish to express my sincere sympathy to Frank's widow and all his children even though I do not know them. Of course I knew Frank and all his brothers as great neighbours and friends - having being at school together and played together for our beloved Lacken. It was a privilege for me to watch the funeral live and be part of such a lovely service. I know Fr Tom best of all the family and I was so moved by how he celebrated the Mass and paid a truly deserved tribute to his brother Frank. I also want to express my sympathy to Eamon in view of our mutual bank service. Once again it was sad for me to watch a funeral Mass in Potahee although it was also with pride to see the lovely church again . God bless all in the parish and especially Fr Sean

So sorry to learn of Frank's passing. One of natures gentlemen, and a lovely man to meet at the sales, who has left a long lasting legacy in the quality of Angus cattle which he bred and exhibited over the years.. Ironic that another of his herd was being adorned with a championship, as the Lord was calling him home with his life work on earth complete. Trust that he is safely in the arms of the Lord in heaven. Sincere sympathy to his wife, Margaret, and family Shane, Linda, Éirinn, Áine, Ray, Eimear, Eadaoin, Muire, Nevan and the extended McKiernan family, who will miss him greatly. May he rest in peace.

Sincere sympathy to all the Mc Kiernan family. The only one I know of the family is Fr. Tom. My sincere sympathy to you Fr. Tom on the sudden death of your brother Frank. I only heard of the death this morning. The sudden death of a loved one is never easy but during Covid times and above all at Christmas it is even more difficult. If I had known it I could have joined you on line for the funeral Mass. However, I will assist at Mass on Saturday next for the happy repose of his soul and for all your intentions. I know Fr. Tom will be a great support to you all at this time.
